Happy December 1st! Here is a recipe for gingerbread cookies that I love! If you prefer chewy gingerbread cookies over crunchy, than this is for you! The link to the recipe is below as well as a few things I did differently.
Because I was out of molasses, I used corn syrup, which might have made them more chewy…we’ll never know. 😀 I also used royal icing to decorate the gingerbread men. To get the brown color just add 5 drops of red, 6 drops of yellow, and 3 drops of green food coloring. Enjoy!
